Description
As a city manager, I want to report energy-related emissions according to Table 4.1 of the GPC guidelines, so that I can accurately track and manage my city's greenhouse gas inventory.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The system should take inputs based on Table 4.1 of the GPC guidelines.
- The inputs should include energy-related emissions data for residential buildings, commercial and institutional buildings, manufacturing industries, and construction activities.
