Stuck on "getting bluetooth battery"

Hello. The app is stuck on "getting bluetooth battery" and doesn't show any devices.

Here are the entries from the error log:

The 104EA319-6EE2-4701-BD47-8DDBF425BBE5 is the key to the battery information, so it indicates that at least two devices were detected but no battery information was available or could not be obtained.

The last error appears to be a device connection failure.

If I check the device connection for errors and it is fine but I still get the same error, unfortunately there may be little I can do.
