Feature Request: Python Flask Implementation of ISDP

Hello team,

We have done a Python Flask Implementation of ISDP and would like to contribute this feature back to the community.
This implementation re-creates the original static JavaScript-based ISDP application using Python and Flask, enabling dynamic behavior and seamless integration with enterprise systems. By leveraging Flask, the app now supports authentication via SAML (for single sign-on) and offers greater flexibility for extending functionality, connecting with APIs, and adapting to various organizational workflows. This revised version maintains the core features of ISDP while significantly improving maintainability and integration capabilities.

Before proceeding, we wanted to check if this addition would provide value to the project. If so, we are eager to submit our contribution.
We would like to know if you are interested in this feature.

Yes, we’ve implemented an InnerSource project platform in our organization to list and manage InnerSource projects.
We found that integrating SAML authentication with the existing ISDP wasn’t fully compatible with our enterprise SSO setup. Because of this, we decided to build our own Python Flask-based solution.
Our main goal was to make the system easier to maintain and also better suited for enterprise use. We also wanted to support SAML-based single sign-on for secure user access and improve API connectivity to work smoothly with other systems and workflows.
