UIPG: Field `catalog_type` does not follow rules for AFF defaults

Field catalog_type in UIPG's file format does not follow the (adapted) rules for defaults. Unfortunately, this needs to be adapted:

I guess marking the field as $required is not the best solution here. Therefore, I suggest to just remove the default
