Less abundant Asvs

Is there any chance we can use ps_prune to retrieve, for example, ASVs less abundant than 1%?

Not directly no. But you can copy the function and create your own version. All you need to do is to reverse the less than (<) in line 25, 28, and 32 to greater than (>)
