nitro_fs: Release a new version with anyhow / thiserror

Hi! The last version on crates.io still uses the failure crate which has multiple known security issues. Could you make a new release that doesn't include it? Thanks!

Note: I haven't checked if the same is true for nds.

Not sure when I'll get to this but considering it low priority since I don't think this crate is used much if at all. Not familiar with any alternatives to failure at the moment so will have to do research.

I think in the codebase it has already been replaced by anyhow + thiserror, so aside from a new release I don't think anything needs to be done.

The current codebase doesn't have any usages of failure anymore. @Roughsketch can I update the versions of each crate and push them to crates.io?

Never mind I lied, current state of the repo does not pass tests. Will have to push this off for a bit further.

I found an older program I made using this library that extracts/builds files and it turns out even the ones uploaded to crates.io at the moment do not have proper build support as far as I can tell. Going to just list this as a known issue and kick that can down the road.

Basically builder does nothing at all right now:

Going to just upload current crates as 0.2.0 and if build support comes later I can bump it again.
