[BUG] command 'roo-cline.settingsButtonClicked' not found

On PROOT-distro on termux on mi pad 6, using Fedora, I get this error command 'kilo-code.settingsButtonClicked' not found after I installed vs code and click setting button after I install the plugin. The plugin also infinitely loads.

I expected it to load and work properly

Proot-distro users on Termux who try using VSCode on Mobile.

Reproduction steps

Use proot distro to install fedora on a phone
Install vs code, code server, or similar
Install kilo code
Open kilo code
click any button

Expected result

Roo code should start

Actual result

Does not start and gets errors

Last version that works without the error is 3.11.9, 3.11.10 errors
