Context

Occurs when the notice includes long relative file paths in chat history.

Reproduction

1. Trigger a notice that Roo wants to read/edit a file with a long path in chat history
2. Expected result: Full path is readable (e.g., via hover tooltip)
3. Actual result: Path is truncated; widening the chat is required
