[ENHANCEMENT] Approval Presets (single-switch work styles)

Switching between “careful review” and “hands-off speed” currently requires flipping multiple toggles

Users who frequently alternate between review-heavy and fast iteration workflows

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

I can choose a work-style preset (e.g., Review-first, Balanced, Hands-off) from the command palette/UI
Selecting a preset atomically switches the overall review flow semantics (how confirmations are requested, how diffs are surfaced, and related review behaviors) with a single action. The active preset is clearly indicated, easy to change or revert, workspace-scoped, and user-editable (conceptually similar to existing API service configuration profiles)

@hannesrudolph I’m not asking for another toggle.
The idea is Approval Presets: named profiles that bundle the approval/review settings (e.g., when confirmations are required, when autocommit is allowed, how diffs are surfaced). With a single switch I can change my review posture: for careful work I want manual confirmations; for simple/routine tasks I’m happy to trust autocommit.
Think profiles, not toggles, similar to the existing API service configuration profiles, but for automatic approvals.
