Localization Feature Request for Settings Page

I've noticed that the majority of the text on the settings page is currently in English. To enhance the user experience and accommodate a global audience, I propose the addition of a localization feature for the settings page.
This feature would allow users to contribute and refine localized text, ensuring that the software is more accessible and user-friendly for non-English speakers. By leveraging the community's expertise, we can achieve a high-quality localization that reflects the diverse needs of our users.
Proposed Implementation:
User Contribution: Enable Git users to submit and review translations for the settings page.
Quality Assurance: Establish a process for validating and approving translations to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Integration: Seamlessly integrate the localized text into the settings page, allowing users to select their preferred language.
I believe this feature will significantly improve the software's usability and appeal to a broader audience. I have already conducted a search for similar discussions and believe this is a new proposal.
