Display Tasks only related to currrent project

Currently open any project directory, even if it is a new empty directory, all previous tasks will be displayed. There are two problems with this approach:

1. There will be more and more historical records, which are not easy to find.
2. Even tasks that are not related to the current project directory are displayed.

Therefore, can we optimize the storage/display of tasks? my thoughts:

1. Put a .roo_code directory in the project directory, where the sub tasks directory can store Tasks related to the current project.
2. When starting a new Task, add an option to decide whether the Task is global or only for the current project. If is only for current project, store it in the project . roo_code/tasks directory.
3. At startup, only the global and current project-related Tasks are displayed.

I am exploring the code myself, but I am mainly familiar with C++ development, and not very familiar with the tech stack of roo code. So, please consider this.

Hmm... having project specific history might make sense. How about this approach:
We could store the current project directory alongside with the task. That way we could enable to show only tasks with and entry of the currently open project directory or show all.
