Start New Task from Chat History

It would be a huge time saver/convenience to be able to scroll to a previous point in the chat history or current chat window and 'Start New Task from Here' - copying previous user/assistant messages and other context to a New Task. I often find myself loading, reading, explaining very repetitively at the beginning of task sessions.
