approving (failed) command N-1

When accepting a patch, if, for whatever reason the file isn't writable, I may end up in the situation were Roo-Code assumes the file to have been modified anyway (with user edit) while the LLM already provides it with the next action to Approve

Problem is, I've been able to fix the read-only file condition in the meantime, I'm not able to trigger the patch again.
I can expand the collapsed file section, see the details of the diff and even apply it manually, but I'm not able to enjoy Roo-Code patching/approve button anymore.

Basically I can't (re)approve the command N-1 (even if it actually failed the first time)
