Configurable delay for "beep" notification sound when Roo is waiting for input

Roo Code can run happily in the background and I'm not watching it, but sometimes it needs me to approve something or answer something. For questions I can set a timeout, ok, but if it is waiting for me to approve a run command then it just sits there until I remember to look at it.

I can set the sounds to have it beep - but then when using it interactively it beeps at every step.

This means I end up turning sound off and on depending if I am working interactively or in the background.

If I could set a configurable delay, say 10 seconds, then when I'm working interactively I'll answer / approve / reject and no beep will be heard. But when Roo is working in the background and I'm not watching it then I'll get beeped after 10 seconds and know I should go look at it.

It might even be better if it beeps every 10 seconds until it gets an answer in case I'm away making coffee and don't hear it until I get back.
