Flip MCP Server disabled icon

The eyeball icon for disabling MCP Tools feels backwards. When the eyeball is visible it means the tool isn't visible to the AI, and when the eyeball is crossed out it means to tool is visible to the AI.

That seems 100% backwards to me.
