Add settings to allow the Browser tool to return screenshots in non-webp formats

Currently, neither Ollama nor llama.cpp supports the webp format, which prevents locally run multimodal models from reading browser screenshots. Please add settings to allow the Browser tool to return screenshots in JPG or PNG format.
