Better Tool Support on local models

I've noticed that several of my local models, even ones that claim to support tooling, are having trouble using Roo Code's tooling - both built-in as well as MCP tools. I think most of the models on Hugging Face are expecting a Claude-like syntax that Roo Code may not be using, making the tools hard to detect by local models.
