Automatically 'Proceed while running' after given amount of time.

I'm creating highly detailed architectures and tasks for Orchestrator to leave running but often it will get stuck on a command that waits for 'Proceed while running'. The vast majority of the time the command finished instantly and Roo could have proceeded itself. For commands that take longer to execute, it would be great if Roo could poll the output every x seconds to examine whether it has been completed.
