Verify OpenAI o3 model tool compatibility.

I started to use o3 when flex became available. It worked well for a week or so, then stopped working.

Many on the forums suggested I validate my identity. I did validate my identity however the o3 model still did not work.

Next, I took the matter to OpenAI. The OpenAI suggestion was to test my access to o3 on the openai playground. This worked. They then said the problem is with your tool provider.

It would be great to pinpoint the source of this issue. I've tried to access the model through OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Requesty with the same result. Please help.
