Feature Request for Roo-Cline - Tab Autocomplete, Hover Menu with Chat/Edit Options, and Shortcut Support

Hi Roo-Cline Team,

First of all, thank you for creating such a powerful tool! While using Roo-Cline, I noticed that it lacks some of the convenient features found in the Cursor editor, such as:

1. Tab Autocomplete: Automatically complete code snippets, function names, or variables when pressing Tab.
2. Hover Menu with Chat/Edit Options: When selecting code, display a hover menu with options like "Chat" or "Edit." Clicking on one of these options would open a new session window to continue the discussion or edit the code.
3. Shortcut Support: The Chat and Edit options should also support shortcuts like Cmd+I or Cmd+K (or Ctrl+I/Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux).

Feature Requests

1. Tab Autocomplete

• Automatic Suggestions and Completion: Suggest and complete code based on context when pressing Tab.
• Intelligent Context-Aware Suggestions: Provide intelligent, context-aware suggestions.

2. Hover Menu with Chat/Edit Options

• Hover Menu: When selecting code, display a hover menu with options like "Chat" or "Edit."
• Chat Option: Clicking "Chat" would open a new session window to discuss the selected code.
• Edit Option: Clicking "Edit" would open a new session window to modify the selected code.

3. Shortcut Support

• Chat Shortcut: Add support for shortcuts like Cmd+I (or Ctrl+I on Windows/Linux) to trigger the Chat option.
• Edit Shortcut: Add support for shortcuts like Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux) to trigger the Edit option.

Use Cases

• Tab Autocomplete: Speeds up coding and reduces errors, especially for long or complex code.
• Hover Menu: Provides a seamless way to discuss or edit selected code without leaving the editor.
• Shortcuts: Allows power users to quickly access Chat or Edit features without using the mouse.

Existing Solution

Cursor already implements these features very effectively, and they greatly enhance the development workflow. I believe adding similar functionality to Roo-Cline would make it even more powerful and user-friendly.
