Add support for Claude Pro and Max plans

Apparently open code is able to auth with anthropic just like claude code and users can utilize their pro and max plans, see here https://github.com/sst/opencode.

I have stopped using Roo only because the value of the Claude Max plan is incredible. I would prefer to use it with Roo. Can anyone make this work?
