Add ability to add a command to the auto-approve list from the main Roo conversation

Often times when working with Sonnet 4 (and perhaps other models too I haven't really tested but wanted to be clear). Roo will create a new shell script it wants to execute. Usually to scaffold something but it wants my approval. I then have to copy and paste this command and put it into the approved section. I realize this is insanely lazy, but I feel we are at the point I can ask to be insanely lazy with this tool. I love it. and to make me more lazy ... sorry efficient.. If I see a command that I'm ok with it using, I just want to say "add to auto approve" or something.
