Add the option to keep files on the context between tasks (pin files to the context)

Usually if you have a spec file or a checklist with tasks in the context is easier for the models to keep track of what needs to be done next.

This feature could be just a way to pin a file added to the context to avoid the need to add it manually at the beginning of every task.

The user can then instruct the model on when and how to update the files.
