Some way to permanently save some tools preferences

I always want to uses pnpm not npm
I always want to user potrey not pip
I always need to use docker compose and not docker-compose
The "version" tag in a docker compose file is deprecated, never generate it
and so on ...
Is there a way to store these "rules" and have them override automatically the LLM behaviour ?
