Wizard to create new modes

I'm not a prompt engineering guru. I'd like to have some kind of wizard where I enter my request

e.g. I'd like a documentation mode

and it could create a new mode prompt tailored to the users' request

I'm not sure if this is going to be used a great deal, as maybe it's just easier to request a documentation mode, but I can imagine there's a few modes that some people might need and some don't see the need for.
