Roo should "end task and return" even if session got interrupted

Reproduction steps:

1. Have orchestrator create a task for another mode
2. In that task, at some step, do Developer:Reload Window (sorry i know by design such resumption might not be possible)
3. Task will never return after you resume

Again, Its possible that this cant be achieved, and Roo Code is THE BEST at letting me build task management systems for development. but i wanted to log this request anyway.
