Request: Add ability to "Favorite" modes from within the mode selection drop-down

When using a very long series of custom modes, for example as detailed in shariqriazz/maestro's excellent collection, it would be very useful to be able to favorite specific modes so that they always show at the top.

In this example, Maestro mode would be the ideal starting point for most mid- to large-size requests.

While changing the mode name to sort first (e.g. .Maestro, !Maestro, 1Maestro, AA_Maestro, etc), it's less than ideal.

Next step

A logical extension to this request would be to add in the ability to control the same configuration element per-model in the Models section of the Modes panel.
