Choose Default Custom Coder for Orchestrator

By default, Orchestrator uses the "Code" coding assistant for coding, but it does not allow you to set a custom named coder to do all the coding tasks.
Would be nice to be able to set which coder to use by default - I.e. "CodeSaver" or "MyCoder" etc.

Yeah makes sense - I need to dig up where in the prompt we directly refer to the built in code mode

Ideally you could handle this with the “when to use” feature
