Auto import roo code configuration like model / key etc after install from a location

As soon as someone install extension on vs code, Would it possible to import settings/profile related info to load from specific path instead of doing a manual export / import.

Use Case :
For every developer, VS code gets installed automatically. Roo Code extension gets installed automatically. But configuring it is manual process like selecting open provider / model / api key . Is there any way to automate it so it can be done remotely via admin.
