"Continued Context"

Recommendation: Add a checkbox in settings that will enable or disable this: "Continued Context": When we approach the end of the context window, have ROO code send a prompt on our behalf which asks the AI to summarize the whole chat in total, and then ADD our last prompt verbatim. Then the AI will respond asking ROO to create a NEW chat on our behalf, which makes it seamless to the user; Essentially resetting the context window. IF we are in a subtask, it will know to report back to the orchestrator when done.
