[new_task] in rule text creates empty new task, not sure if this is intended.

To reproduce: format rules in a yaml like structure but within a markdown file, and have [new_task] anywhere. It triggers new task tool.

I treated this as a signal to stick to using markdown, but i am not sure why that happened.

Hey, I don't think anymore that this happened just because I was trying too many things. This screenshot shows that this can happen even when people are not trying to write yaml in markdown rule files.
