Terminal timeout option

Some terminal commands have the tendency to get stuck or require user input (optionally or mandatory, like a new project boilerplate).

It would be nice to have a timeout mechanism that allows AI to stop waiting forever and acknowledge that it was a timeout and should do things differently.
