allow me to type into the prompt while Roo is doing something else

Currently, when Roo is executing some operation, the input dialogue to add to the prompt is disabled.

I would like to be able to add to the prompt asynchronously with multiple new "user" messages while Roo's current operation is doing something else.

Thus, the next API requests will pick up the new messages, and (in most cases) I do not have to interrupt it to interject.
