Detect when in-context files have changed

Fairly often, I run into a workflow where Roo reads a file, then I change the file, and then Roo continues the conversation with the old version of the file in context. It'd be nice if Roo detected when an in-context local file has changed, and re-load it

There is a mechanism in Roo that does this (it's called FileContextTracker). I'd be curious to learn more about the cases where it doesn't seem to be working for you...
