Auto-approve access to MCP Resources

I am current using the bigquery mcp from here: https://github.com/ergut/mcp-bigquery-server

a great thing it does is expose a resource to read a table's schema
there is an independent URI for each table's schema

as the number of tables grow i am having to manually approve the model's access to each URI.
this significantly hinders the ability of Roo to auto explore
