Enable External Control of Roo Agents via HTTP or WebSocket

Hi Roo Code team,

I’d like to request adding a lightweight HTTP or WebSocket server to Roo Code, allowing external tools (like n8n) to send prompts and trigger agents directly. This would make it much easier to implement clean and fully controlled workflows for certain tasks.

This could also enable other cool features, such as a mobile app to keep tabs on the tasks and do action approvals from your phone, so that you can step away from your computer and keep on Roo'ing the boat

i advise not to, as human intervention is very much required, we are not there yet... with LLMs
