Auto-publish extension to Open VSX

I've just noticed Roo Code releases are lagging a bit on Open VSX nowadays, last version there is v3.13.2 from last week: https://open-vsx.org/extension/RooVeterinaryInc/roo-cline

Would it be ok to enable Auto-Publish for the extension?

It is set up to automatically sync, but they've been having a ton of problems/downtime lately. I think probably related to that?

I've faced the downtime myself today, but as I do not see Roo Code nor Roo Cline in https://github.com/EclipseFdn/publish-extensions/blob/master/extensions.json, I thought it was a push job somewhere facing issues.

May I ask how the automatic sync is set up then?

Oh, I think I kind of mis-spoke then. We have it set up as part of our publish:marketplace command in package.json. I think it's just been failing lately while open-vsx was down.
