Please break them down into singular features, and be sure to find existing discussions that are related and add to them |

Feature request
(One click install for new computer setups with MCP)
I want a version of the MCP server where it's fully decked out with every installed MCP in a one-click install. Basically ask roocode to do it.
Secondary feature.
Actually you can put these model control protocol servers behind an API gateway like Kong and then charge a little bit of money to use them within roo code. (1 USD) This is an outsourcing Mcp servers. Too many MCP control protocol servers slow down the computer I'm using. Think about it in terms of like a web browser vs code session or even a local computer resources are being constrained.
Make this using infrastructure as code to Auto scale. Put federated Kong API as the front man then put the code behind the API gateway. Use oauth2 and firebase to for authentication of services and authentication of user.
Use gitlab full features to provide for the project.
THIRD FEATURE
roocode needs a feature to name the AI and reference it anywhere in plain conversation. This really helps when trying to do architectural work and concept work as well as teamwork aspects. A i to a i and AI to human, and human to AI and whatever else combination when it comes to the teamwork communication aspect when talking.
please make the talking better by naming this new code AI as a reference point via by name. Set up a pole so by the end of next month the community has named roocode reference name for AI.
Furthermore we should come up with more AI names for the different roles within a business and the different software rolls a company would face so that way I can reference a role base naming scheme by saying a name versus stumbling around how to integrate complex roles duties.
I want this to be a medium size IT business and the naming list to follow.
I want there to be a built-in medium sized business project management team within Roocode. This is a 12 members team, which also includes human and other AI working together. This team is contextually aware that the other person exists. There is only one person at a time that is writing code everyone else is reading the code base.
Each role in the project management has its own readme. Furthermore this is per project wide.
Each role within the team will get its own API key. I would prefer by default AI would be Gemini. because of the huge amounts of contextual tokens which is about 1 million at year to date, as of April 24th 2025.
I personally like using root code for architectural and designing things. but some things need to be dealt with to be fully featured. so I want certain features I'm asking above to improve what I'm already doing in my workflow.
For anything architectural there should be rules that are predefined that are tied to a specific role-based team to build architectural designs within a task force. This taskforce has a superset level to a business scope project management.
Jobs I like to see Roocode job roles to, There is an automatic: todo list, features, business
needs role, and debugging and read me aspects with mindmap and git style conversation concept versioning.
At any given time there is only one bot role that is writing. All jobs for all the rules are then queued sequentially unless they are read only tasks then it becomes non-blocking and asynchronous.
Each AI job role on the business in the wider scope and teams in the smaller scope has a readme "per AI job role" it reads from and a shared"teamworkreadme". And a "business organizational hierarchy readme".
