Drag- and Drop Files and mention files outside of project folder

It would be great if files and links could be drag- and dropped inside the Assistant window.
The Assistant may include the file contents if its a link to a file on GitHub.

I would like to mention files outside of the project folder as well.

When I mention a file with @file , does it include the file content inside the prompt?
