Filter History by Workspace

I often run multiple instances of VS/Roo Code open to different projects. When I switch between different windows and want to switch between active tasks, all instances see the same history. This might be a nice feature occasionally, but if I've been working for a couple of hours in one workspace it can be difficult to identify the correct task when I switch to another workspace.

Recommendation:

1. Each task should store the path of the workspace it was run in
2. The history window should feature a checkbox to "Include other Workspaces" that is unchecked by default
3. For a more advanced option, there could be a (multiselect?) dropdown listing the known workspaces to allow the user to include/exclude history from any workspace they have access to

Yeah makes a ton of sense! We actually started storing workspace for a task a week or so ago (I wanted to gather some historical data so people’s chats didn’t seem to disappear if we defaulted to the workspace filter). Probably getting close to enough of a backfill now - what do you think @samhvw8 ?

Could we add an option in historical conversations to import partial conversation records from other workspaces? Some tasks may require cross-workspace collaboration. I also think conversations and workspaces should have bidirectional linking: a workspace can naturally correspond to multiple conversations, while a single conversation could also belong to multiple workspaces. I believe SQLite would be a suitable choice for storage in this case. What do you think?
