Support Databricks Azure endpoint

I'm using Databricks on Azure, it provides some foundation models that I can use with pay-per-token.
Based on Databrick document, the endpoint usage example looks like an OpenAI Compatible endpoint.
I tried to set it up in Roo but can't execute the task with the error below.

So, I think Roo needs to update to support Databricks as a new provider in using these endpoints.
