Add Deepseek API integration

Deepseek just came out with v3. It is a very large model and is priced very competitively with the other models (even after the promo, which is really cheap, ends).

It would be nice to be able to use this model in development to reduce costs.

Hi @cstroliadavis, you can either use it through openrouter or directly through the OpenAI compatible section (see https://api-docs.deepseek.com/ for details - don’t forget the /v1 when you enter the api url)

Actually, I should add it explicitly to the list of providers though to make it more clear. Let me reopen while I do that.
