Add code selection to context

So, you know how in Cursor (and probably the other popular code editors) you can add the selected lines of code as context in the AI chat. It'd be nice if you could add this feature. 😀

In copilot the currently open file including cursor position and selection is automatically added to context (there is a button to turn it off for the current message). This makes it easy to write "this" in the prompt for referencing the current selection. Would be nice in roo too.
