[Features]: Easier Profile Sorting in Configuration Profiles

Hi Roo Cline team!

Love the Configuration Profile feature! It’s super handy for switching between API providers. But when you have a lot (like my 11+), reordering them gets tricky.

Could we add a cute little drag-and-drop or up/down arrows to sort them?

Yes! I like this idea. Mine was to expose this cfg as a json or yaml file (I searched my entire system for it, so maybe it's in a database or encrypted) I can modify like the custom_modes.yaml file. That would also make it easier to duplicate and backup modes.
