add options for new Suggested Responses feature

I would love to have the option to disable these or make them more usable - it takes up a large portion of the window and I'd prefer to see more of the actual response without needing to scroll up.
Please add to settings:

• disable/enable checkbox
• option to paste the response into the message field so it can be edited/added to, rather than auto-apply the response (as it does now)
