Add checkpoints manually

I'd love to see improvements on checkpoint generation, e.g.:
Add a button to "Create Checkpoint"
Option to create a checkpoint automatically once there were errors in the codebase but the LLM fixed them and no errors left. (Warnings can be ignored I guess? Or that can also be added as an option.)
