This is doable today sort of.
You could put that aider instruction in a markdown file in your project and ask the chat to run it.
Typically I put that in a prompt that I ask the chat to read each time I start.
I haven't tried configuring ClineRoo to run that with every chat (doable I think from the config ui).
Git mcp servers can do this too but seem slower than having Cline just do it from the command line.
