Give user more control over prompt #1067

Allow override some parts of prompt?
Reduce token for some parts?

Here is some examples I experiment with:
main...vadash:Roo-Cline:tweaked-prompts

Do we really need stuff like VSCode Visible Files / Current Time / MCP when we dont use it and other stuff
