Currently, there are Cursorrules that can beat Devin

There are incompatibility issues so if anyone wants to try their hand at this, would like to see how it pans out grapeot/devin.cursorrules#78 (comment)

Found one weird issue: architect mode cannot modify .clinerules since THAT is not an MD file, so it will switch to code mode instead of using the "Devin Hack" with higher temperature. It also has a hard time using tools too.
