problem with @Problems

Can someone explain to me how the @problems tool actually works? I enter @problems and send Roo, but the problems are not passed as part of the message in the API request,
and in response Roo just starts responding to @problems as if it were the word "Problems"

P.S. but if you start a new task, @problems works
